Development Status

Liminal Studio is currently in active development. Features may change, evolve, or be removed as the platform matures. While care is taken to preserve user content, temporary disruptions or changes may occur during this phase.

1. Use of the Service

Liminal Studio (“the Service”) provides tools for organizing and documenting creative work. You are responsible for how you use the Service and for any content you submit.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service
• Upload malicious code or abusive content

2. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to Liminal Studio.

By using the Service, you grant Liminal Studio permission to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership over your work.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access. Liminal Studio is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your actions or omissions.

4. Availability and Changes

Liminal Studio is provided on an “as-is” basis. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the platform evolves. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Liminal Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms or for behavior that compromises the integrity of the platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
